The non-refundable and non-transferrable Professional Research and Planning fee is charged upfront to cover the time spent on research and providing a quote, regardless of whether the traveler books the trip. This fee includes access to vetted suppliers and partners, recommendations for insurance options, communications leading up to the departure, and a fully curated itinerary quote.

• 1 - 5 Travelers / $25 fee per person non-refundabable and non- transferrable.
• 6 - 11 Travelers / $20 fee per person non-refundabable and non- transferrable.
• 12 - 17 Travelers / $18 fee per person non-refundabable and non- transferrable.
• 18 - 23 Travelers / $16 fee per person non-refundabable and non- transferrable.
• 24 - 29 Travelers / $14 fee per person non-refundabable and non- transferrable.
• 30+ Travelers / $12 fee per person non-refundabable and non- transferrable.
